  1. Coming up soon at The Australian National Aviation Museum, Moorabbin Airport October 22/23. A swap and sell will be running over both days and Sunday we will have the Mustang Car Club in attendance. Categories and details below, hope to see some of you there.
  2. Euro Model Expo 2016, Heiden, Germany. On April 2nd and 3rd, the annual modeling show in the small town of Heiden, Germany was organized again. As usual, it was a very nice, laid back show with lots of German, Belgian and Dutch modeling clubs presenting themselves. Of course, there also was a competition and lots and lots of traders! IPMS the Netherlands had a stand: Some pictures from the competition: The rest will hopefully follow tomorrow as I experience some difficulty in the communicating skills of my iMac and iPhone with Photobucket!!
  3. Sorry guys; no armour.... There were a total of 1400(!) models in competition this year. That meant that extra tables had to be placed in the competition area which had a bit of an adverse effect on the walkways. Consequently there wer more visitors this year. So it was quite a struggle to make the photos. So I limited myself on the Large Scale aircraft in competition. There were a few exceptions, which I'll show last. But they're VERY much worth your while to have a look at. Simply put: the best aircraft work was in 1/48th this year in my opinion! Look at those pics, forget their scale and be inspired! Cheers!
