  1. Today I want to present to you my finished F4U-1A Corsair Diorama. The work in progress pics are here: I had the idea for a propaganda-scene when I came across the figure of a cameraman from the US Navy of WWII in 1/35 and the Black-Sheep VMF-214 wooden sign in 1/32 scale from King&Country. The figures are a pilot out of the Kit, a director and a mechanic and a woman soldier of the Navy Medical Corps adoring the kill-marks on the plane. Especially the Ultracast figure of Boyington is beautifully sculptured. The airfield plates are from Brengun and the turnable plate from IKEA. The palms are handmade and come from a German Diorama Accessoires supplier. Thanks for looking. FullSizeRender.mov
