  1. Had to replace a warped part. After filling out the online request I was asked to submit the original UPC code. Revell USA received UPC code from me 24 March. New part arrived 4 April. I also received confirmation from Revell USA on receipt and status. It was a painless experience. Kudos Revell USA Customer Service!
