  1. Hi all, Time to throw my build into this. The kit is great but I am a sucker for Aftermarket so I bought: 1. Eduard Big Ed Etch Set, 2. Eduard Brassin Wheel Set, 3. Eduard Brassin Exhaust Stacks, 4. Profimodeller Pitot Tube, 5. Some Uschi Plywood Decals (awaiting delivery on those). Going to do the aircraft half bare metal and wood and the other half in a camouflage Im yet to decide upon. So, looking forward to joining the group build and seeing how everyone else does too
  2. So here's my starting point... yes, I *just* opened the box... I'm still thinking about which ship to build - lots of options, with some interesting stories to tell. Before I start, though, I have to clear *this* from the bench... I should have this out of the way by the end of March - famous last words! This will be fun
  3. This is my Christmas gift I got for myself :-). It's going to be my first 1/32 build so I'm pretty excited, yey! Also waiting for the BIG ED set and some wheels from Eduard to arrive... Couldn't wait to get started so cut of the first pieces to get a feel of the kit and try some dry fitting: I'm very impressed! About the size (no idea where to put this baby), detail and great fitting. Hope the extras will arrive soon so I actually can start building :-)
  4. Hello, here is my finished B-17 "Flying Fortress" in scale 1/32 by HK Models. Additionally used the full Eduard sets, Resing and brass parts by Profimodeller, Eduard's fantastic wheel set, metal gear, decals by Kitmaker and some additional scratch built stuff. Here it is.... ... and here are some interieur pics: Thank you so much for your time and interest! BR Micha
