BlrwestSiR
The Shizuoka show finally happened this year. ZM showed off the Hs-129 with the big stonkin' cannon. No release date yet but at least it's coming. They also had a mock up of some little known plane called an FW190. Haven't heard of that type before. The F-4G in 1/48 looks to be ready soon. For other news, check out Hobby Dengeki. https://hobby.dengeki.com/hobby-shizuoka/ 4

biggtim
I am usually not one for building more than one model of a given aircraft type (except P-38s), but I have to admit that ZM 190 might get me to do it. The last one I built was the OLD Hase kit, and it sucks. Pretty sure the ZM one won't. Of course, that depends on whether I ever build another model at all.... 😐
Peterpools
No question I'm in for the 190 and for a 109 as well. Just might have to find a job at this rate Keep 'em comin Peter 1

I've got just about every conversion released for the Tamiya 1/32 kit in the stash and even tried doing my own at one point. I'll still build one in 1/42 but the ZM is a good reason to go smaller. belugawhaleman
The HS-129 looks cool. I've never tried one of the ZM kits before.
Bomber_County
IMHO - ZM are amazing kits, engineering as good as the best Tamiya…….they do have detractors but doesn’t all manufacturers. I’d recommend them…… 5

Peterpools
Thanks Martin for the heads up ... I'm starting to take a liking to these types of kits and building a few a year would be a boat load of fun. Keep 'em comin Peter
DocRob
Lately we've seen more and more 16 scale kits being build here. A lot of them are produced by Takom, whose Chinese (Japanese) Tankette I built lately. It was an enjoyable experience and I just found on Scalemates, that two more 16 scale kits are supposed to surface this year. The Jeep is made by Takom and the video shows it with engine and figure, nice touch. The other kit is from Andy's Hobby Headquarters and it's still in pre production status. It's a M4A3E8 Sherman in 1/16. Cheers Rob 6

(Besides Tamiya's RC version).
