Outstanding, John! Will it be showroom new, or will you do some exhaust staining?

FYI - the Tamiya Zero provides the option for folded or extended wing tips. They aren't "working" folds.

Thanks Bill. I'll add some exhaust stains but don't plan to do any other "weathering". :)

Back on the SOD, yet?  No?  OK.  Looks good, John.

No more SOD for this one Gaz. Nearly finished and should have it done in a day or so.:)

Bill, thanks for the correction, so the wing tips are movable (toy like), just positionable and that's perfect for me.

Peter, I just checked my kit; Tamiya provides two sets of wing tip, so you have the option of interchanging them. They simply slide into poly sleeves.

John, if you haven't done so yet, you should build one of Tamiya's Zeros. Excellent kits!

I had one of those a while back but sold it. Maybe I'll get another at some point. :)

John

Awesome save .. and just proves that a break in a project to regroup the troops is the way to go.

Thanks Peter. Sometimes that works best as it did in this case! :)

Great to see you finish this one John.

Sometimes a break from a build is a good thing like Peter said.

Carl

Thanks Carl. I agree 100%. :)

All the work (and break) fully paid off John.

Stunning model!

Thanks Kai! I think it looks really nice and I'm glad I got back to the build. :)
