Storage for the Comet has got it's basic paint. Now to weather and dirty it up, far too bright at the moment.

Nice! What kit is your Comet? Bronco? I have a decal sheet that includes markings

for a Cuban Comet but I can't find the Bronco kit in stock anywhere.

Great Hobbies has one at their Ottawa store. If you order it online they'll ship it out but may take a bit longer. The price is in CAD too so may be cheaper after conversion.

Yes, it's the Bronco kit. I got it from dawngrocerystore on eBay. It's a Chinese store I've used numerous times and always got great service at really good prices.

Thanks Martin!

There's a couple kits that have been released of the original version of his ship.

Fine Molds did one in 1/72 and MPC did one as well, not sure of the scale.

You'd have to open up a lot of panels in either case to get the hot rod look.

Thanks Mark!

I've never built a vac kit, still on the to-do list for one day.

There's a new company doing vac and 3D printed kits and have a 1/48 B-2 coming out soon.

I also never build a vacform so a lot off things to learn.

But will try it.
