latest built of a MiG-21 MF from Eduard Weekend Edition with some
extras like the Pavla ejection Seat, the MASTER pitot tube and the
really good Brassin wheel set from Eduard. Maincolours for the camo work
was from Tamiya XF-67 Nato Green, Gunze H52 Olive Drab and Gunze H417
RLM 76 Light Blue. Weathering with Flory Modles Dark Dirt and MiG Dark
Wash/Neutral Wash.

Masking with the Montex Masking set.
Paintmix is Tamiya flat white + Tamiya closs clear
Tamiya flat white + gloss clear and semi gloss black
Squadron markings and number for the Bf 109 G-10

Camo painting
The colors for the camo are RLM 75 and RLM 83 from Gunze.
Starting with RLM 75
Next is RLM 83
Both colors are highlight with main color + white. Motling was made from RLM 75 on the fuselage sides.

The Spinner spiral with Montex Mask, Basecolor Tamiya flat white mixed with Tamiya clear kloss and sprayed millions of white coats on the spinner.

and followed by seme gloss black from Tamiya.

Painting
Primer Mr.Surfacer 1200 and preshading with black und prehighlights with white.
The fuselage band in RLM 25, First try was Lifecolor - never ever, Okay time to mix it self with green, blue and yellow.
Basic color Grunze RLM 76
Highlight the RLM 76 with white and blended with very thin RLM 76. Hard to see.

A little bit need of putty on the wing roots
The oil cooler flaps the 0,2 mm plastic card scratch build.
Breaking lines
Screen washer pipe, made from copper wire and lead foil.

Time to rescripe the center line on the fuselage.

The seat from Ultracast is in place
Behind the scene.
Inner parts of the Bf 109 G-10 was paintet with Gunze RLM 02 and the wing radiators are in place.

My entry for the GB is the Bf 109 G-10 in 1/48 scale from Hasegawa. White 2 from IV/JG 27 - Germany 1945.

Extra parts
Starting with the Cockpit. Some scratch build with lead foil and wire. A seat from Ultracast.
Paint on. Maincolor for the Cockpit is Gunze RLM 66, the fuel line is Tamiya XF-4 green yellow. Weathering with MIG weathering wash.
Rescriping the missing panel line on the upper wing.
and opening the wheel wells for the bigger tires of the Bf 109 G-10
