I built the ban-dai 1/24 zero about 10 years ago, it’s hanging in my garage chasing a mustang and the airfix mosquito! I wasn’t using stencils for all the markings, just using the decals back then . Maybe I’ll repaint it or build another. I still have a 1/24 hurricane and a old airfix Stuka to build first

Thanks for the info. I know there’s a way to reduce the resolution of your pictures on the I-phone(15 max pro) but right now I’m just emailing myself the picture and selecting the small size to send, then I can upload the pics

More progress on the cockpit. Out of the box except for the seatbelts

A couple more pics. Built a gunsight and bullet proof glass panel. Added a headrest made out of wood like the real aircraft. Added spark plug wires and prop trim piping to engine

Finished the old Ban-Dai George kit. Fit was pretty good. Scratched a gunsight and adddd bullet proof glass in front windshield. Lowered flaps and auto dive flap. Opened cowl flaps a little

Finally recovered from my third shoulder and finished the mate to the trumpeter fw190 D I built. This old kit needed some tweaking but was nice to build I used one man army’s stencil kit again for the markings

Starting filing injector marks and assembling the cockpit to paint.

Finished the George and I’m just starting my next 1/24 aircraft. Didn’t plan on building a floatplane but the more I studied ww2 pacific theater aircraft the more I was interested in the Japanese seaplanes. I think this one will be interestinging

I couldn’t load pictures when I was building this mate to the fw190D I just built. Here’s some pictures of the build. I again used one man army stencils for this model.

Should be able to start detailing tomorrow! Touch up and small items to paint then weather. I made the cockpit canopy latch system too. It’s a little bit large but it looks good . Added seatbelts.
