1/35 Molch Midget Submarine.

A simple little kit from Trumpeter that goes together pretty well. They do give you a full interior for the one person control room and don't bother, even with the hatch open you can't see anything and I left everything but the mail bulkheads out. I mounted it on a custom base and the camouflage is one I saw in my SeeHund midget submarine and I just liked the colours. For those I used WEM grau 58 and hellgrau 50 for the spots. Weathering was kept light, I also used Mr Surfacer and superglue in spots to enhance the weld lines a bit.
