Guest jimmydel Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 For really small scale chipping, a Prismacolor silver pencil works really well. Yep. I've got a Prismacolor pencil. I can do scuffs on panel joints convincingly, but when I try for something more like what you've done around the wing root on this Jug it just looks like pencil scribblings. Now is in gallery :-) my research :-D 1) Heavy chipping is little bit better then Worn effect 2) semigloss surface is better then glossy for AK 3) Upper colors was tamiya thinned with Levelling thinner 4) for making worns is good lukewarm water Hayate was my first try... :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
