For the l last month I've been having trouble dealing with an internet business known 

As Hobby Models. Has anyone else had trouble with this business?

Problems include:

Lack of communication regarding status of order

Evasive and insulting emails

Payment taken without shipment of items

Incomplete shipment of ordered items

Inability to reach by telephone.  Inoperative numbers given and phone answered with a recorded message for a kids daycare. They emailed me a phone number that nobody answers.

I simply want all the items I paid for or a refund for the several items missing from my shipment but they haven't been

Forthcoming. It's been frustrating as hell dealing with these people.  I hope nobody else has had experience with this
