I must say, even though it isn't my scale I'm very tempted to pick one up when it comes out. I really like how they implemented the "stressed skin" effect and bet it will look great and not so stark under paint.

Haha don't do that, Nathan! Build it! Once you get past the weird fuselage insert for the cockpit it's a joy of a kit! I hate that I didn't get to post the rest of the WIP photos since we lost the other forum, but they're posted on my FB page

Hi all, My first post here on the forum, so might as well make it a good one, right? Here's my 1/48 Hasegawa Typhoon. I used the BarracudaCast cockpit set, various Ultracast and Quickboost items, and some scratchbuilt details. All paints are Tamiya acrylics, and this was my first attempt at using Montex masks for the markings.
