Lost Password

I have lost my password, I have two PC's my "spare" PC  remembers the correct password and I can log in, the main PC remembers an incorrect password and blocks me.

I have tried to change my password on the main PC but it does not work, I do not receive an e mail.

Plus when I am logged in on my "spare" PC when I check my details I cannot see my password.
