Airfix 1/24 Typhoon add-ons?

Interesting to see that that they made a insert to fit into the tube supplied firstly and not a complete new whole tube.

That is not at all impressive

 

I'll pass on these until I can see how easy these seams are to sort out: on plastic seams are no problem (I have sanded tank barrels numerous times and actually been surprised at how good they turn out), but on metal??

 

Not sure I fancy that task

 

What a shame, but it just reinforces my overall view of Profi I am afraid

The fins haven't been changed... If they got the tube length wrong, I'm more inclined to think Airfix got the fins (well, in fact the whole projectile) correct.
