If the learnings are here, then we may well see a « mainstream » WWII subject, even if I would personally much prefer … say a Lockheed Vega in 1/32, rather than a P-51 B  …

And, in all honesty, they may also find that 1/48 generates far less developments costs and greater volumes than 1/32 (yeahh, I know Burn the Heretic ! I’ll even supply the matches  )

Anyway, out with my ramblings, and I wish Kotare all the best. (They could even have chosen a duck rather than a kingfisher for a name  IMHO)

Well said and you're right on the money. ROI is the number one priority or staying in business will be a dream that doesn't come true. I'm sitting tight and seeing what happens but until there is an actual production model to see, as (CAD drawings unfortunately carry no weight or value). So I'm not getting excited as who knows.
