Most likely the general feeling is it isn't going to happen and I've heard nothing at all.

There's been a couple posts over on LSP. 

A company called Red Pill (possibly in reference to the Matrix film) is slowly making progress on an F-4B kit. They've shown pics of the nose section and have recently posted one of the fuselage. 

I'm not sure if Red Pill and Phantom Phreaks are related or not but there is something to look forward to.

Thaks for the info and update - good to see a F4B is hopefully going to be a reality someday. Of course, having built the Tamiya F4B, the 32nd scale kit will have to go a long way to just equal the detail, fit and accuracy and I'm hoping it will.
