PanzerWomble Posted Monday at 11:10 PM Posted Monday at 11:10 PM Final Medicine Man exercise using Chieftain took place in 1993 , after that a lot of the old Chieftains became hard targets as Challenger took over. Suffield's just down the road from you I believe Martin ? Although I think we've cleared most of the armour out last year. 4

It´s easier to sign up for that Martin, you not only get around the fine, but you also don´t need to wash the car afterwards and also no tank running over your bonnet, when you stuck into the mud. PanzerWomble Posted Tuesday at 05:34 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 05:34 PM Salisbury Plain Training Area SPTA , near me , has lots of rough roads open to traffic provided the red training flags are not up . You do need a GPS though as there are lots of tracks not open, and straying off the road is a serious no no , as is camping in the area, as most of the training takes place at night. There is an old hard target area , and"German Village" a FIBUA base , if ya like that sort of stuff 1
