Sir Desmond Glazebrook Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 I have been building a Hasegawa Ki-84. The kit is made to have an angled horizontal stabilizers. I trusted Hasegawa and affixed both with cement. They are stuck fast. I no longer trust Hasegawa's kit. It seems they have been mistaken. I don't know how to correct this error of mine. Any help would be appreciated. 1
HubertB Posted January 5, 2020 Posted January 5, 2020 If you used plastic cement, the joint will weaken after a stay in the freezer. Be careful, all the joints will weaken Hubert 1 1
Sir Desmond Glazebrook Posted January 5, 2020 Author Posted January 5, 2020 Really? Wow! Thanks Hubert! 1
cramsey Posted March 22, 2020 Posted March 22, 2020 What type of glue or solvent did you use to affix them? Try reactivating the glue if it hasn't been too long ( 24-48 hours, etc...). 1
