Retarder for Tamiya paints?

It actually took quite a search to find that the thinner for Vallejo was water. It's not written anywhere on the container (or in too fine print to be noticeable anyway) and the information is not even that easy-to-find on Vallejo's website )

Thanks guys will not be going near Mr products, I use their own thinners which works fine, just wanted the levelling side.....
