I thought this would be a good read for this month. After all it is Black History Month. I picked it up off Amazon's used books for $8. It is a 2022 Osprey Publication. By 1945 there were 432 MOH recipients. There were over 1 million Black service members during the war. Despite those statistics, there were absolutely no Black recipients until 4 decades later. I am looking forward to the read this month.
