  1. Thank you. New and different indeed🙂. No color restrictions and no guidelines. I can experiment new stuff and tecniques.
  2. size comparison of few my recent builds 😄
  3. thoughts of the kit: pros: -Detailed engine and chassis -Detailed wheels and body negatives: -lack of detail inside(too blocky and missing details) -engine hood does not work with this kit at all(must remove all together) -fitment issues with most of the glasses(the body and clear parts curvature are different resulting fitment issues). -speedometer and emblem stransfer sheet does not look quite right would i recommed: -No(only hardcore modders and car builders)
  4. I added some dust effects using AK interior wash product. Very difficult to take good photo of it. On camera it only shows in certain light(hood, windshield and back also weathered but not not show in pictures). In real it is much more pronounced. Some details and finishing touches to go.
  5. Nice finds👍. Is this swordfish same planetype which was involved sinking of battleship Bismarck?
  6. Tried to remove wheel but it was superglued in place. I will use your advice and rotate wheels to the other side to match the steering wheel. 👍🙂
  7. Nice one!👍
  8. Must have got it wrong because of this reference picture😃
  9. Thank you. I will fix that.
  10. Yes that 1/12 kit is pricy. This 1/24 kit is quite fast to build. But i have seen some super detailed examples on youtube. For me the interior was definitely hardest to paint. Paul thanks for commenting all my builds🙂
  11. The most annoying error of this kit is missing hinges on engine hood. Also kits hinges do not work properly. Hood opening function must have been afterthought. I have seen few youtube videos where same complaint emerges.
  12. More 1/16 monsters👍. This was cheapest tiger i could find...lots of errors with this kit. But i have acquired aber basic kit to rectify those hopefully. Also some chinese heng long rc parts...not intended to be rc, only static model. Could have bought andys 1/16 tiger but wanted to go this route instead.
  13. Main color on! Car model builders would use wet sanding to bring more shine to color. I will leave it on semi matt finish. It would like it to be "daily driver" not showpiece.
  14. Nice! I am hoping to master figure painting someday also...
  15. "I used part of computer interface pin as the metal axle for the nose wheels. Just happened to be the right diameter. "Those pins are also great as machine gun barrels 1/35 tanks.
  16. Dream job. Until you hammer rusty bolts loose...cramped spaces...oil and filth everywhere😃. Hats of to Mr. Hewes how can he bear it all 👍 Same with planes...clean and organized they say...until you take one hyd pump and fuel pump off...mess everywhere. That is the reality.
  17. Good progress👍. That turret looks like something out of starwars movie😃. Did you happen to see youtube videos about tankfest where this tank was showcased?
  18. True. Heavy it is🙂. And only used scrap pieces for this.👍
  19. I made new painting stand. Ugly but functional👍
