Yes and I HAD to go on and order one although I have a very nice, built, 1/48 Classic Airframes example.

Please post a photo or two of your 1/48 Classic Airframe  build - looking forward to to seeing how you worked your magic on it.

Just the disease we all seem to suffer from. Maybe we can do a GB with the Whirlwinds, as so many of the guys have purchased them. I'm hoping a few decal sheets will become available so we have a selection of paint schemes if the kit becomes a popular build here on LSM.

I'll post a couple of pics later today. The unfortunate thing about that particular a/c is it was only used by 2 squadrons which limits the choice of markings.
