How do I add pictures to a pm?

Just like you would in a regular post.  Bottom left.  Click on it and add pic from your phone/ipad/PC’s library of pics or click on “Take photo or video”. 
 

Bottom right if you host pics here or somewhere like ImageShack.

On an iPad that function doesn’t exist, you only get insert url……..I could never fathom  it on the iPad…….
