Bomber_County
I finished this Flakvierling awhile ago and never published the completed project. Dragon delivered as usual a stunning kit and albeit with confusing instructions and joy to build. I have noticed a couple of items that in hindsight should have been fixed……. The WIP is here Completed pictures with figures that are very badly painted but do give the model a context of size…..
FullArmor
Nice work!👍. 4 guns and 4 magazines. Must have been intense to load those rounds to magazines under enemy fire.
Bomber_County
Thanks, the barrels were Aber but the kit ones would have been just as good. Would not want to be on the other end of this……..

They are the excellent Dragon Magic Tracks, individual track links in plastic. They can be made to be workable depends on the track being built….. one of the reasons I rate Dragon…….
PanzerWomble
Wowsers Phil , that must have been a heap of work ! I had a Trumpy version that I sold on after looking at the track build ...each link was 4 parts ....nope 🥲 This 7 and the FAMO both make great subjects, especially in the Panzer Grey, & that 'veirling looks great too about 100 years on from Tamiyas old clunker from the 70's . The open ammo boxes is a nice touch . Thanks for sharing . 24th PzDiv ?

The only AM were the barrels in hindsight not really worth the cost, they were half the kit price, albeit I got the kit on evilbay….I have the FAMO & Sd.Ah.116 from Tamiya in the stash circa 1999. Comparing the 7 to the Famo, chalk and cheese. Wish someone would kit a really good Famo with all the bells and whistles……I thought the ready ammo would be a nice touch as I’m thinking about pairing this with the Border Fw190 in the same scale in a Jabo protection role……..no idea on the division I’ll check…….
Jackster
Very nice work Phil! I am halfway through the Tamiya version with photo-etch. I know it's an old kit, but I am enjoying the build. The Tamiya Famo & Sd.Ah.116 are on my Christmas list, so fingers crossed! Cheers Kev
