DougN
Here is my other (and first) armor build, completed around 1998/1999. It's a bit old, but still one of my favorites. I added a lot of small details, and used Fruili track again. Unfortunately, with it being so old, one of the tracks disconnected when I hauled it out of the display case to take some photos (which is the track tension is not right) but I got it back together again. This model depicts a Panther G somewhere in 1944 Germany: Thanks for looking! Doug
Timc
Ah yes, I think I remember that Panther. Or, maybe it was the Panther II that you brought to a club meeting in Syracuse so many years ago.... Either way, it's up to your usual standards. Well done! Administrators James H Posted January 12, 2014 Administrators Share Posted January 12, 2014 Sure does look real good. You could tempt me to armour with that build. I hope you'll share more with us.

simon 64
That or a Firefly
Paulster
That or a Firefly Firefly armed with a 17 pdr (76.2mm/3in.). Much more suited to take on a Panther.
simon 64
If only all Shermans had been Firefly's then Panther's and Tigers would have been in trouble.
