I'm a mechanical/marine engineer who enjoys scale modeling of all types. However, I concentrate on ships and aircraft mostly with some formula 1 cars thrown in for variety.

Outside of modeling, I enjoy scuba diving and restoring a Triumph TR6 and 1954 Pontiac Chieftain with my sons.
  1. That is quite the Command Center.
  2. You'll have to share some pics of your remodeled studio.
  3. Welcome Aboard! This is a great forum and you'll enjoy it immensely.
  4. Jeroen, Excellent topic. I too have been guilty of lurking and not posting. My main reason has been that my last major build didn't quite come out as nice as I had hoped. Also, this summer has been extremely busy and free time has been in short supply. However, once my busy period at work ends in a couple of weeks, I plan to dive right back into it and try to contribute more to this forum, which I think is one of the best around. Thanks for putting a fire under my rear. Cheers, Wayne
  5. Very nice! One of my favorite planes. I really like the subtle weathering; just enough to make it look used but well cared for. Looking forward to what else you have to show us.
  6. No, it's not you, I can't see any of the photos either.
  7. Wow! Very nice! Your weathering skills are first rate.
  8. Ralph, Another real nice job! You've got quite the knack for armor. Cheers, Wayne
  9. Awesome! One of my favorite aircraft released by one of my favorite kit manufacturers.
  10. Wow! Very impressive. Welcome aboard, we can't wait to see what's next.
  11. Other than scale models, I also enjoy sailing, cycling, kayaking and working on my '74 TR-6 and '54 Pontiac Chieftain:
  12. Ralph, Beautiful job! Your builds are inspiring me to venture into the armor arena. I just have to find some time to finish the builds I have started on the bench. Cheers, Wayne
  13. Ralph, Excellent job! Man, your skills have improved tremendously; your models keep getting better and better. Wayne
  14. Ralph, You're a tank building machine! i'll be following along with this one. Wayne
  15. Great job so far. Seems there's an armor revival going on here.
