JohnB Posted Thursday at 04:12 PM Posted Thursday at 04:12 PM This one has been in the stash for quite a while so I decided it was time to build it. Will be OOB. 🙂 3 1
JohnB Posted Friday at 07:37 PM Author Posted Friday at 07:37 PM Resin interior parts CA'd in place. The rear section needed a bit of trimming as you can see. Not pretty but that won't show later. 🙂 5

denders Posted Saturday at 04:23 PM Posted Saturday at 04:23 PM Looks good, John! I've always liked the looks of the Firefly. I wish there was a 1/32 kit. 1

JohnB Posted Saturday at 07:33 PM Author Posted Saturday at 07:33 PM Making some good progress. The wings are next. 🙂 3
JohnB Posted Saturday at 09:57 PM Author Posted Saturday at 09:57 PM I'm glad I decided to test fit the wing underside piece. The Aires wheel well pieces will need to be "adjusted" so the wings can fit the fuselage. I've had this problem before with Aires on other models. They don't seem to take the time to mold their wheel well parts so they won't interfere with things. 😠 5

belugawhaleman Posted Sunday at 12:55 AM Posted Sunday at 12:55 AM Nice work John! Cool subject. I recently bought an aires ki 84 cockpit in 1/32.Annoyingly, some of the control levers were broken off and missing..... Saw a Guy on YouTube that had the same problem. Frustrating! 1

I like the great detail on Aires sets but they have their "issues" sometimes. 1
