Quinta rib tape performed really well. I based the layout on pictures I had available, all two of them, lol. Needless to say that there are at least 3 known types of the rudder. My version I shall call "Vienna flapper".  ( my doctor said it's ok)

Just noticed those three autistic looking bolts, that will be corrected.
