colt6
Hi George, Thanks for your answer! I think they are in 1/35 and I'm not really sure how they fit to the 1/32 Bf 109. Thanks Arno
Paulster
That would actually work Arno. If you want to be more precise, start Goggling 54mm US figures as thats the size of 32nd scale.
Paulster
In fact, the 1/35 scale would work better. Cheap and lots of them out there to cut and shape to your needs. Most 1/35 figures seem to scale out to 6' tall when in fact the average height of an American soldier in WWII was closer to the 5'7 ish area. So it would be a perfect fit for your 32nd scale dio.
Dave J
Totally argee... I would go for that first figure in the Tamiya holding the BAR. I would throw a Horent head and hand set at it too.
Paulster
You'd have to change out the boots also. The leggings are different.
RalphSarc
I agree Arno 1/35th would be the way to go. You could raise the cockpit slightly with earth to compensate for the height difference I suppose?

colt6
Thanks Gentlemen for your tips and answers! Making a figure is absolutely new for me, but I agree that the guy with the BAR, would be great to start. Now I will start to look for this Horent head and hands, never heard about that, but that keeps things interesting! Oh and the boots! Wumm
Arno... When you say "Volunteer" do you mean information, or someone to make the figure for you? I would like to help if it's the second option. Steve
colt6
@Dave: Thanks for the link, I didn't know that there are so much heads around ( just wondering when I see some figures) and I really like that. @Steve: Your offer is absolutely great and yes I was hoping to find some one that is willing to help me. I have ordered one of the Tamiya infantry sets, just to try for my self, but with help from you it will be for shure lightyears better!!!!!! colt6
So, I got now my figures. Now I have to find out how to change the arms from the BAR shooter. How do you do that? Thanks Arno
