Paulster Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 Here's (only?) the older Tamiya molding. Used the Eduards pe set and Model Kasten tracks. Tracks are 96 links per side. 4 pieces per for a total of 768 parts for the tracks. I used 94 links the first, and as you can see you could almost tune it like a guitar. The last picture shows the 96 link per side trakes. As per my normal practice, enamels are poisen of choice. From what I could gather, Japanese armor was field applied by brush. Could be wrong. This was my first use of "Silly Putty" for paint mask. Keeped weathering to a minimum as most Nippon armor was not long for the worl. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
