I bought an entire outdoor theater system after a few cocktails… love that thing! I bought a right hand drive 1990 Hilux from Japan and had it shipped over here (also after a few cocktails) and it’s my daily driver. plus about 10,000 rounds of ammo— I’m probably on a watch list- I’m sure the B-52 will be cool- P

I come close to that. Back in 2007, I bought my '91 Honda Beat completely online. The car was in Vancouver, I was in Toronto. Had it shipped to me and have had it ever since. It's not my daily as it's a convertible 2 seater and we're a family of four. Almost as crazy was the first time I decided to try my hand at being a home mechanic was replacing the timing belt and water pump on the Beat. It's mid-engine and the manual says that it should be an engine out service. Ended up just dropping the engine slightly and skinning my knuckles a bit. Supposedly it's an afternoon job. For me, it ended up a whole day and a couple more.afternoons with the help of some more mechanically experienced friends. 2

P It’s not the build (or buy) we question, but the display space we question. Then again, we are talking about Pete here. Probably just take it down to the hanger and wire it up in the rafters. 2
