That is pretty much where it all began. My dad and I would sit and watch Black Sheep Squadron on the tube and build kits. I would jack them up something fierce, but combine that with watching F-4's do touch and go's at MCAS El Toro, frequent long trips to Brookhurst Hobbies, and there you go. Such great memories. RIP "Pappy"

Remember him on Battle of the Network Stars so much as well. He was a healthy guy. I was actually thinking about the show as I was watching Magnum PI the other day and a bunch of actors from Black Sheep were on that show as well,

That show was almost certain the main reason why I love the Corsair so much. Still my favourite prop fighter.

I was a big fan of Conrad from the Wild, Wild West series.   Black Sheep was just some icing on the cake.   When you see the actors you remember as a child passing on, it kind of is a gut punch that you are getting older by the day.
