Administrators James H Posted November 2, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 2, 2013 Tweezers. Don't do this over a carpet, and take your time. Radu suggests NOT to use CA, but I use small droplets to assemble mine. Just done a set for the Komet.
Dave J
What Jim has said, but I use Gator Glue for mine.... You could use white/PVA glue too since it's paper

alpinestar
I also used CA glue on mine and it worked out ok. I also brushed them with water after they were fitted to the seat to make them pliable. They will dry in the position you put them in while they're wet and soggy, just don't pull them about too much when they are wet....

Clashcityrocker
Just finished em and wow I have to say all the good reviews you guys give em are right they really do look the part and look so much better than straight PE belts. I'll never go back. Next question what do you guys use to weather these I was going to do up a little super thinned oils but thought I'd put this out there for suggestions as well. Thanks again! Paulster
When you say "highly thinned" Rick, something like 10% ratio?
