Two 1/400 Ships Pola/Graf Spee

Gary had asked about some 1/400 PE to witch I recommended Tom's ModelWorks Tom passed some years back but I think the Wife and the existing crew carry it forward.I built the Pola first using rails and ladders ad hock let's say and bought the kit for the Graf Spee she is outfitted with the extra MG's requires on fore/aft decks for River Plate.These build have got to be 15yrs old.

Pretty much the only thing available to me at that time Gary.I still use it occasionally.

Have to admit, I still use stretch sprue - old habits just stick around forever.

I still used stretched sprue too...   but not for rigging.  But the way my eyes are getting, I'm gonna need an alternative to threading tiny eyelets.

Got ya. At 75 it's been years since I could see any type of details without an Optivisor or a magnifying light/lens. Oh the joys of getting old. 🧐
