Kitty Hawk T-28 experts needed. Interior differences B/D vs. C

I’ve given up hope on Quinta coming through on these as they said they would in an email 16 months ago to me. 
I’m starting to look into the Eduard pre painted sets.  Of course the only option I can find available is the one for the C model, and I need one of each.  
How different are the cockpits in these models?  Will a C work in the B/D kit?  
FWIW, my kits are not readily accessible, so it’s not an easy task to just open the boxes and take a look.

Looking at the Eduard page, the B/D and the C sets look similar except for the colour.

The B/D is listed as discontinued which may explain the lack of availability.

I just found the B/D set in stock at Scale Hobbyist and ordered it!  Unfortunately they didn’t have the C set in stock, but eBay came through. 
And of course as usual I cannot order something without checking out my paint, tape and accessories stockpiles.  So I have some Evergreen stock, paint and tape on the way too.

Glad Carl was able to help out and the Eduard detail set is on its way. 

I'm also waiting for a few Quinta 1/48 scale sets to be released for newer/new kits: Eduard P-51B/C, GWH A-10C, IMC and the B-26B Marauder that are in the stash.
