JohnB
Calling this one done. The only after market items are the FineMolds belts. Painted with Mr. Color, Testor's, and White Ensign. Decals are from my decal stash. I hope you like it. 5
CANicoll
Nicely done John. What did you use for the chipping? A sliver pencil? Looks good.

Peterpools
John WOW, I'm off the forum for a few days and your 190 crossed the finish line. She looks absolutely awesome - paint and finish is amazing as always. Yes, I did see the chipping and it does look good - light and reserved - so well done. 🏆
PanzerWomble
Nice job John, I like the subtle mottling , also curious how you got the engine to fit😳 my one build of that Revell was very tricksy getting the cowl to play nicely. FYI Lothar Fodisch didn't finish the war. Link to pilot info

I think it turned out just fine. I just bought a FW-190F-8 on ebay and plan for that to be my next build. I hope it delivers by the end of this week but we will see. This is my intended subject. JohnB
Thanks! I'm pleased that you like it. YES, that engine/cowling fit was a bear! High cuss-factor all around. I had put this one on the SOD due to that but finally decided to resume the build. After much trimming of parts and test fitting I finally was able to get everything together. It's apparent to me Revell intended this one to be built with the cowling open. 🙃
