Yes sports fans and athletic supporters. Another Hasegawa P-40 build is under way. The Hasegawa kits are nicely detailed and enjoyable to build. I just wish they would reissue the "K", "M", and "N" as those are hard to find and when you do find any the prices are pretty high. (Yes, I know, I have a "N" up for sale here but at least I'm not asking a arm and a leg for it. Just a arm maybe! LOL) At any rate, I intend for this build to be Robert L. Scott's "E". Not all that colorful but that's okay. It should make a good looking OOB model. Stay tuned.......

Have you done the GWH P-40?

Yes, I built their P-40B a while back. Not a bad kit. I did it as Taylor's a/c he flew at Pearl Harbor, a/c #155.

Nice John!  I have not tried the Has P-40 kits but your cockpit looks terrific OOB.  Wow

Thank you Chris. OOB except for the FineMolds belts. Whenever you try one you'll like it. Great details and fit. Easy build also. 🙂

Now that's Taylor's a/c John?

If my memory serves me right then, yes, that's Taylor's bird.

Nice choice John, will follow with interest.

Cheers

Martin

Thanks Martin. I wish Hasegawa would re-release their "M", "K", and "N" kits. Those are getting harder to find and when you do find one it's not cheap unfortunately. I have their "N" 15,000 anniversary kit which I have up for sale. I'll either sell it or build it. 🙂

Hopefully Hobby2000 is going to re-box them soon.

That would be good. How did you come by that info?

Yes indeed Martin, thanks. I'll spray some clear gloss today and start decaling. Just might have it finished some time tomorrow. 🙂

I will soon follow in your footsteps, building Scot's E as well. Did some research, talked to some people, hopefully it will end up somewhat presentable. Thank you for the motivation .
