Tokyo - Modelling Shops

Hi guys.

 

I will 15  days in Japan and 4 days in Tokyo where I will like to get some goodies!

 

I already been searching already the best places to go on web but I would like to hear directly from modeller that have been there.

So can anyone tell me the best modelling shops to visit in Tokyo?

I wish I could help yea Fran my Son lives a couple hours north of Tokyo by train in Miasawa he doesn't do model shops but I might could find out about geisha house or two?

Some of the big camera shops in Tokyo have sizable model sections. Yodobashi Camera is one of them. I believe Tamiya may have a dedicated store as well. It's been too long since I was last there to remember more.

You should look at Maru’s last thread, or / then contact her. She’s been to Japan recently and visited a few shops there.

Tamiya has a dedicated shop. Also check youtube video's. Quite a few showing the different shops.
