Well...there's my rather light (compared to last year's) haul from Modelfiesta:

Then, this week, Squadron thought it would be awesome to put something like 1200 items on stupid clearance.

Going through them clockwise...

Game of Thrones - 2nd season Blu-ray. Amazon for some reason had this priced down to $30 on release day. And since I get free 2nd day shipping with Prime, uh, obvious purchase.

Hasegawa 1/48 Canadair Sabre 5 - $11. Yes, really. I've already jumped on this decal sheet for it. Vance will be so happy.

48.86%20decal%20promo.jpg

Hasegawa 1/48 F-16D Block 52 (Poland and Greece) - $19. Again, a total friggin' steal. All of these were going for around half what they would on eBay. I'm going to keep this -D and sell my Kinetic of the same variant.

Hasegawa 1/72 B-24J Lib Assembly Ship (x2) - This thing has an MSRP of $80-something. Sprue Brothers sells it for $75. I got these for $20 each.

Hasegawa 1/72 Su-27 Flanker - $13. Once again about half of what these tend to go for on eBay (about just shy of $30).

Dragon 1/72 Challenger II w/ Dozer blade - Had a hankering to screw with some 1/72 armor just for grins, and this beautiful little kit (seriously...it's got DS tracks, gorgeous hull detailing etc) set me back $4...

Wow, Matt! .... Love the banner! Stunning!

I hope you post any WIP stuff in the armour section for your Tasca Sherman. I've a number of them in stock and would love to see a build of one.

Will do!

I actually started it back in the fall of 2011. We were getting ready to move, and with most of the bench dismantled and packed away, I built a few tanks as far as I could before they needed paint.

Haven't done too much since I pulled it back out, just thrown some black at it.

Thanks Matt, I honestly think Tasca do probably the best moulding job when it comes to the texture on the turret and mantlet. I've taken a peek in a box or two in my inventory and am seriously impressed with the quality of their moulding.

Am really looking forward to seeing your progress with this.

Hahaha I have the Male too, Grant!

Do you want the link for the Correction set for the Tracks and Barrels?

HA! b*ggered that one up didn't I !!! I was in too much of a hurry to get one and didn't read what had gone before closely enough.

Lost my chance to do a female as Martin says :)

Thanks Dave, I'll stick with this one I think.

Oh there is some Accurate Armour Tracks... which is half the price of the correction set.. I would recommend looking at them after you seen the kits offering as they are.... ah nice word is "lacking"!
