Ok, after watching the great build here, I think I need one. Getting one isn't the problem, but would like to know what AM if any, would be needed for it. Not sure yet witch one it will yet. So, any help is much appreciated.....harv

PS, Sprue B. Has the Hasa P47 D for $60

The Hase P-47 is not a Razorback anyways. For Trumpy kit, it is just probably a matter of personal preference. I built OOB and it looks dandy, and was fun...except for the internal ducting

Hasegawa P-47 is a bubbletop, buddy, and the only AM you need for that kit is seatbelts. You can do a Yahu or Eduard panel, but really, there’s no need. It builds absolutely awesome right OOB, man.

This is one of the few kits where I can honestly say that “less is more”.

If you want to spend on AM, a set of Barracuda or Eagle Editions decals will add life to it.

The only razorback is a Trumpeter kit, and it’s another story altogether.

Trump kit is a bit of a bear. Hase kit falls together. I’m thinking of doing a quickbuild of one.

Just as a pop off valve of sorts, and for no other reason than just to say I built something

As above there is only 1 P.47 Razorback available ... thats the Trumpy one ... I ALWAYS go for brass barrels for anything exposed and there are 8 lovely .50cal blast tubes on this puppy ... (Just an aside here ... I think this A/C is Totally underrated. I must admit to being a Typhoon fan with the 20mm's, rockets and all but the P.47 was a flying tank!) ...

After reading the mixed reviews on each P.47 kit - I actually preferred the Trumpeter kit to the Hasegawa and have a bubble top D as a result ... but thats a personal thing ... and from all accounts the Hasegawa builds nice.

Rog :)
