  1. Fantastic job Gus...really nice, subtle weathering - May ol' Saint Nick bring you something really big and tasty with a wee Trumpeter logo on the box....
  2. Dave, how about scraping that out and using some colored resin for the pond?? Fantastic work mate!
  3. How about some weathering practice on the puppy???Maybe some zimmerit application???
  4. ....If only my lunch breaks were as productive....great project Dave. Did you get those AK weathering products from Modelcrafts and Hobbies??
  5. Chris, Following your build thread and reading what the other guys have said, for me, still leaves something out of the equation. You have not only thoroughly inspired the rest of us with the most beautiful work I have ever seen on this kit, but I think you have transcended the ethos of what Airfix wanted this project to be for all modellers. You have shown us what can be achieved here, and taken this kit, showered it with what I feel is the perfect paint scheme and created stunning finishes...I applaud your project Chris, and I applaud you as a modeller for putting a project out there that both shows your obvious skills and how those skills translate into stunning finished projects given the right kit. All the best, and I look foward to your next project.
  6. I think you have really the nail on the head as far as cockpit detailing is concerning Anzo - I mirror Dave's sentiment, a peice of art and work we can collectively aspire to...
  7. A beautiful project Jeroen - You must have the patience of a saint, I have never tried a WW1 project primarily due to all that nightmarish rigging, to which I can only admire in your project. Well done!
