Here is an example of the exhaust shroud on two stage Merlin. Different shape and dimensions but you’ll get the idea.

You know guys when I was talking about the inner exhaust shroud? Well I started yesterday. By filing the inner cavities with Vallejo plastic putty, which is basically an acrylic caulk . Second layer is smoothing the transition, the rest will be carved by hand.

Hi Richard and welcome to the forum. As far as I know, Barracuda cast makes the radiator ring and that's it. The kit engine doesn't need much.

Time to do something about the canopy framing. The real thing is made of welded tubing with flat support tabs on the top. …..kit part is somewhat simplified
