  1. Thank you Peter, I didn’t make it to Nanton today. But I did some work on the resin wheels. Realizing that the slot in the center hole doesn’t align them equally, I cut out the full holes , flattened them together and hit it with some AK acrylic and weathering chalks.
  2. Amazing build Karl. Vaccuform I presume. Cheers Martin
  3. I see , sorry my bad, brain fart LOL
  4. Winnie if you want golden hawk decal set, you can have mine.
  5. $68 for Apache https://www.ebay.ca/itm/175533688437
  6. In sheer despair added texture to the fuel tanks. Going to Nanton tomorrow to take some reference pictures. Hopefully no one gets hurt in the process. ( you supposed to laugh now )

  8. Carl is kind and selflessly generous, possessing wast knowledge yet humble as one can be. Thanks to all of you guys. Your help and patience makes this a fun place to be at.
  9. Maybe I didn’t express myself clearly. I understand the configuration and the layout , need the details so I can replicate them. Thank you Jeff. I might omit the bombs completely since it was a training unit. Or cannibalize Tamiya kit by stealing the racks from there.
  10. Thank You guys, according to the drawings that I posted above it shouldn't be one frame-like rack, but two separate racks . Similar to what is provided in Tamiya kit x2.
  11. This is what the bomb bay looks like OOB. It can’t be right . If somebody can help out with a decent drawing or a picture of a bomb bay ( not the fighter version) I would be a happy camper
  12. Work of art , Oliver. just stunning

  14. The bombs provided in the kit are so generic, that I’ve listened to brilliant advice from Carl and will be using 250 pounders from Tamiya’s Spitfire.
  15. Already, gonna hang here some pictures of the upper wing surface after a bit of TLC. The overdone wing-spar tape was sanded down and scribed around the outside perimeter just to outline it’s position. next : scribing panels and riveting metal parts.
  16. Phenomenal, Thank You Jeff, the wing is smooth as silk.
  17. Really nice work Jerry ! 👍 Cheers Martin
  18. Amazing, thank you for sharing Jeff. Much appreciated
