  1. Hopefully this weekend! Mike
  2. Awesome! I always envision my kits turning out something like that but they never quite make it. Edit: I've also labeled my setting solutions like you so I don't get them mixed up. Mike
  3. Thanks for the info! Mike
  4. Getting closer to spraying some paint. Got the left sponson built as a test. Will button this one up and display the right one open. Was curious how all these curved parts would fit together and was very pleased with the result.
  5. Nice build, love the finish and weathering. Mike
  6. Beautiful and something different. Mike
  7. Interesting subject, I had never heard of this one before. Not sure I would want to fly it either. You have some serious skills there, will be following along. Mike
  8. That's what it's all about! Mike
  9. Wow! Mike
  10. Hope I can do it justice. I see amazing work on the site here. I'm just your average builder for fun and relaxation. Mike
  11. Mmmm, may have to break out the debonder. Very sorry to hear about your relative. Thanks Danny! Mike
  12. Got one of the engines, mounts and bulkhead ready for paint. Kit has some nice photo etch included. I think I’ll close up the second one. Only complaint so far is some thick attachment points on some fragile parts and the part numbers on the trees are hard to read for these aging eyes.
  13. Thanks for the heads up! Mike
  14. Nice, will check this out. Thanks!! Mike
  15. Thanks again!! Will order this gear tonight. Mike
  16. Beautiful build and awesome weathering. Mike
  17. Thanks Hubert! What do you use to assemble the brass parts, super glue? Mike
  18. Thanks for that information, I was just about to order the SAC white metal gear. Will definitely go with the brass! Mike
  19. Thanks for the heads up! Mike
  20. Started working on some sub assemblies prior to some painting. Nice molding details in this kit. Have found some heavy flash on some parts and the usual mislabeled parts in the instructions and wrong paint call outs. This is going to be a heavy one and the way the Bronco landing gear is designed (rough field) I think I better invest in some metal gear. So far so good. Mike
