Sure negates the camouflage doesn't it. Some exhaust stains for sure. :)

Phil, I think the standard size of the 'Invasion" stripes was to be 18 inches across the board, correct me if I'm wrong, but that is what comes to mind, also , John have you ever read Johnnie Johnson's book, Wing Leader? If not it is more than well worth a read....

It's a good read alright. Right now I'm re-reading "Night Fighter" by Jimmy Rawnsley. Another good one!:)
