belugawhaleman Posted December 31, 2021 Posted December 31, 2021 I just went over the parts of a Classy hobby panzer II "Luchs" kit I purchased a while back and found I was missing at least 20 of the track links of the 208 links that are supposed to be included with the kit. After panicking, cursing, and lamenting my fate, I decided to contact my vendor (Sprue Brothers) by e-mail and asking if they could provide The missing track links. I haven't heard from them yet but, I assume this is the right course of action. Has this happened to any of my fellow forum members? I even offered to pay For the missing parts. I know, stupid probably, but I just want to be able to finish the kit. I just want to hear some feedback regarding other's experience regarding this type of situation. Can I expect satisfaction or not? Paul 3
belugawhaleman Posted January 4, 2022 Author Posted January 4, 2022 I contacted Sprue Brothers and they promptly sent me the missing track links. Problem resolved. S.B. was a pleasure to deal with. 7

Daywalker Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Glad they took care of you, I knew they would! Last week, I got a set of Reskit bomb racks from SB. One one them was badly damaged and missing bits, and Gordon's crew took care of it for me right away. A+++ service! 5
