They were finding Kar 98ks in Iraq in 2003 and some of the WW2 ships were still be scrapped 15 year ago . Fascinating stuff. 2

It was the 40's I guess , I think we sank most of the U Boat fleet off the coast of Ireland as expediency , Operation Dreadnaught . 1
