FullArmor
44 minutes ago, DocRob said: A very nice build with lots of attention to detail, which somehow skipped my attention until now. I would have imagined better detail on a kit in this scale, but on the other hand, itยดs a pleasure to follow your modifications and detailing. Cheers Rob Thank you๐ This hobbyboss kit is marketed as "simplified kit" and it shows. Smaller details are missing. In other hand if you want to modify stuff this is for you. But main selling point in this kit is that it has all correct unique features found in plant nr. 183 1944 production. In many cases kit can have lots of detail but details are from wrong year or production plant. ย

FullArmor
Need help! How can i improve these hit marks? I made mistake of creating scrape marks...i hoped that would seem like shrapnel damage, but that came unrealistic. I added oil colors and hope it will cover it. Hit by HE shell??? Any advice is welcome.
CrankyCrafstman
Hey FullArmor ย I use the tip of my soldering iron pushed in to the plastic, makes it melt kinda like steel does when hit by a shell. Ron Gย

Martinnfb
Impact marks on a sloped armor, in case they bounce off are more of an oval-like ย shape rather than circular. The less energy , the more irregularity of the impact mark. I would erase the black smudge and replace it with rust and graphite .ย 3

FullArmor
Turret was too boring looking so i added some graphite pen to create worn look. Tried to emphasise places where crew would disembark.
