JohnB
After some trials and cussing I've finally got this one done. The only after market hardware were the seat belts. The national insignias are from the kit but I replaced the rest of the markings with some from a Aeromaster sheet as they were proportioned right, the kit side numbers, etc were over-size. Painted with Testor's MM Dk. Sea Blue acrylic, Testor's MM Intermediate blue enamel, and Tamiya white acrylic. 3

Winnie
Another one smashed out of the park! Amazing job there! How does the kit stack up with the Tamiya 48th F4U? Cheers Harald

Cheers Harald Thanks Harald. It has many more fiddly bits! It's been a long time since I built a Tamiya 1/48 Corsair but I don't remember it having as many parts. 🙂
